In 2013-14 a two storied stone building has been built, it is the center of the Midas Han and it reflects the old traditional village architecture.
The groundfloor is occupied by a large salon / restaurant. This space can be also used for social gatherings like lectures, meetings and weddings. With its two old chimneys / fireplaces and the wooden and stone architectural elements; with its ethnographic tools and ceramic collection on display it forms a stylish background for any type of event. At the same floorlevel are the kitchen and the restrooms located.
At the upperfloor, which can be reached by an external wooden staircase, are five guest-rooms with two, three or four sleepingplaces available. All guest-rooms at this floorlevel have central heating and their own separate bathrooms with toilets and hot/cold showers . While having a drink on the balcony in front of your room; you can enjoy the wonderful views on the surrounding mountains with the rock-cut tombs of Gerdekkaya and Hamamkaya and often views of herds of grazing cows, sheep and goats and in the early morning one of 'our' 3 owls. This balcony faces west and often gives views to a spectacular sunset.
